Having a passion for travel, management, and event organisation for over two decades, I pursued studies at the Building Technical School in Legnica and the Faculty of Architecture at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. Despite a break in my studies due to health reasons, I continued striving for development. Eventually, I earned an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, with my thesis on Australia inspiring me to further my travels.

My Experience

Diving is one of my greatest passions. I am also interested in culinary and photography and have gained recognition in culinary photography. My professional environment values order, precision, and professionalism, and I possess various interests and skills.

In my youth, I gained theatrical experience, performing on the theatre stage at Club 1212, associated with the Polish Theater in Wrocław. Participation in contests and academies brought me closer to the world of culture and allowed me to develop acting skills. As a certified coach, I support others in their personal and professional development.

My Values

I adhere to a healthy lifestyle and care for my health in my work and private life. In recent years, I have struggled with a severe illness, but thanks to determination and specialist support, I managed to return to total health.

Professional Activity

I am the founder of the travel agency Nowak Adventure Travel Sp. z o.o. in Sopot, specialising in organising unique trips and events worldwide. My favourite destinations are Australia, Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Pacific Islands. I lead tourist groups for most of the year, organising travel programs for small, intimate groups in the MICE area.

I also manage the Fryderyk Hotel in Duszniki-Zdrój and represent Hayleys Travels from Sri Lanka in the CEE & CIS markets. My extensive experience and vast network of contacts make me a valued specialist in the tourism and event industry. As one of the pioneers and founders of the Incentive Travel Organizers Association, I had the opportunity to contribute to its creation and shaping.
