Ewa Doromoniec Vieira is a recognised travel industry expert with over 20 years professional experience, including 10 years in hospitality and 10 years managing corporate travel and events.

Her current role is Global Category Lead for Travel & Expense and Events at Signify, a world leader in lighting with headquarters in the Netherlands and offices in over 70 countries worldwide.

Ewa is also co-chair of Travel & Tourism Committee of AmCham (American Chamber of Commerce) in Poland, and member of Advisory Boards of ELX (Events Leaders Exchange), leading global TMCs and hotel chains. In 2025 she joined judging panel of Business Travel Awards Europe.

Between 2001 and 2013 Ewa had been working for some of the London’s top hotels starting from operational roles, moving to Rooms Division Manager and Director of Guest Services. In November 2013 she returned to Poland and joined Citibank as Chief of Staff, in 2015 she moved to PwC where she managed business travel and events amongst other procurement categories.

Since 2022 Ewa oversees strategy for travel, expense and events categories on the global level at Signify.

In her spare time Ewa enjoys reading, practicing dance and strength training.
