With over 20 years of experience working internationally in the hospitality, travel and B2B industries, Adam has held key roles throughout Europe and Asia. In Poland, he headed the UEFA Euro 2012 Accommodation Agency, and worked as the regional director of TUI Travel’s in China and East Asia. He was also based in Spain where he headed the strategic supplier partnership for Hotelbeds. He currently lives in Warsaw, Poland.

Associated with the business travel industry since 1995, for almost 18 years he has been realizing his own vision of the perfect TMC within the PROFITRAVEL agency he founded. He gained experience working for global corporation CWT and local agency Flyaway Travel.

From the beginning of his career, he specialized in airline group bookings serving the most prominent MICE agencies in Poland. A careful observer of the unfavorable changes taking place in airline policies towards IATA agents. When traveling privately, he often returns to the same places, feeling most comfortable in Europe and South America.

Jakub Rosły holds degrees in tourism-related fields, including Hotel Administration and Tourism Economy. He began his professional career as a porter at the Holiday Inn in Warsaw and subsequently held positions as a receptionist and reception manager at the Ibis Warsaw Ostrobramska hotel. He then worked at JM Hotel in Warsaw, initially as the reception manager and later in the Sales Department of JM Aparthotel. In 2015, after moving to Łódź, he started working in the Sales Department of Hotel Tobaco. For the past three years, he has been working for the Łódź Convention Bureau, which is part of the Łódź Tourism Organization. In 2022, he assumed the position of manager of the Łódź Convention Bureau.

With extensive experience in marketing and PR in the cultural, entertainment, and event industries, Sebastian Gronet is currently involved in creating a new project on the Polish meetings industry map – the Silesia Convention Bureau. As a member of the Silesia Convention Bureau team, he is responsible for attracting Polish and international MICE business to the Silesian region.

A graduate of Jagiellonian University’s Faculty of Management and Social Communication, Filip Płodzień also completed postgraduate studies in “Modern Promotion” at the Warsaw School of Economics and “Territorial Marketing – Promotion of Regional and Urban Development” at the University of Warsaw. He has been involved in tourism since the beginning of his professional career, gaining experience in the national tourism organization. Łukasz often receives nominations and awards for his diverse contributions to tourism development. He has long been recognized as one of the most influential figures in the Polish tourism industry and takes pride in his work. Małgorzata Przygórska-Skowron

A native of Krakow, Małgorzata Przygórska-Skowron is a graduate of Jagiellonian University) and completed postgraduate studies in European funds management. She has been working in local government units since 2004, initially at the Krakow Festival Office, and later at the City of Krakow Office in the Tourism and City Promotion Department. Since 2013, she has been the head of the Krakow Convention Bureau. Her interests include literature, journalism, and music.

Wiktoria Król-Cieciorowska

Wiktoria Król-Cieciorowska is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Banking in Tourism and Recreation and the University of Wrocław in Communication Management. Since 2019, she has been associated with the Convention Bureau – Wrocław Foundation, initially as a MICE specialist, and later as the President of the Foundation’s Board. During her tenure at the Congress Tourism Promotion Foundation Convention Bureau – Wrocław, she is responsible for implementing tasks and projects related to the development of business tourism in Wrocław, including green practices. She has been involved in the tourism industry for many years, working as a city guide in Wrocław and as a tour guide for domestic and international tours.

Aneta Książek

Head of Poland Convention Bureau (PCB) at the Polish Tourism Organization

Aneta Książek is widely recognized within the Polish industry for her association with the Polish Tourism Organisation and its efforts in promoting Poland and fostering the meetings industry. From 2008 to 2018, she served as the chief conference specialist at the Polish Tourism Organisation. From 2019 until October 2021, she was the head of the PCB Section at the Polish Tourism Organization, and since December 2022, she has been the head of the Meetings and Events Office at the Poland Convention Bureau.

Since June 7, 2021, she has been an Honorary Member of the SITE Poland Association, and since January 2024, she has been a member of the MPI Poland Chapter.

In 2015, she gained 10 months of experience working at the Foreign Office of the Polish Tourism Organization in Brussels, where she was involved in promoting both leisure tourism and the meetings industry. She served as the Secretary of the Polish Congress Ambassadors Program Chapter from 2008 to 2020, and has been a member since 2020 to 2024. Since 2021, she has authored a series of publications presenting trends in the meetings industry titled “#KonkretyAnety.”

From 2020 to 2022, she was a member of the local organizing committee for the 61st ICCA Congress in Krakow and a juror for the international UN Women USA competition “Rise and Raise Others Award” (2022/2023), which recognizes outstanding women for their commitment and enthusiasm in supporting others in achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.

She has been thrice honoured with the MP Power Awards (2013, 2020, 2023) and received the honorary medal “For Merits to Tourism” awarded by the Minister of Sports and Tourism in 2016. In February 2024, she was recognized as the most influential figure in the meetings industry of New Europe in the Meetings Star Award competition in the category of Top Meeting Architects (Convention Bureau) and Dreamcatcher of the Year 2023/2024. She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Tourism Economics (2004), and the European Academy of Diplomacy (2014).

Aneta Książek w polskim środowisku branżowym jest silnie utożsamiana z Polską Organizacją Turystyczną i jej działaniami na rzecz promocji Polski i rozwoju przemysłu spotkań. W latach 2008 – 2018 w POT pełniła funkcję głównego specjalisty ds. konferencji. Employing my expertise in tourism and marketing has always been my passion. The opportunity to join the Slovenian Convention Bureau represents a significant milestone, allowing me to synergize my skills, personal attributes, and extensive knowledge.

With a career spanning back to 1997, I initially delved into tourism within the hospitality sector, swiftly ascending to the role of director at a prominent Slovenian thermal spa. Over the years, I diversified my experience by transitioning into marketing, contributing to various press and marketing agencies. My journey proceeded with the organization of Eurobasket 2013, where I collaborated with one of Slovenia’s largest incoming agencies, Palma. Following this endeavour, I ventured into the meeting industry, serving on the regional Tourist Board of Portorož.

Sergiusz Ryczel

Prezenter, konferansjer, trener wystąpień publicznych, mówca motywacyjny, komentator sportowy, dziennikarz, lektor, reporter, reportażysta, wydawca. Od 2002 do 2020 roku pracowałem w koncernie ITI występując na antenach TVN, TVN24 i TVN24 BIS. Od 2008 do 2013 byłem komentatorem i prezenterem w kanale nSport a od 2013 do 2020 w Canal+ Sport.

Prowadziłem i wydawałem informacyjne serwisy sportowe, programy publicystyczne oraz inne programy o tematyce sportowej. Jako reporter regularnie relacjonowałem występy piłkarskiej reprezentacji Polski a jako sprawozdawca komentowałem, między innymi, mecze piłkarskiej Champions League. Przez ostatnie lata pracy w TV najwięcej czasu poświęcałem żużlowi i innym dyscyplinom motoryzacyjnym, takim jak drift, superenduro czy motocross. Byłem 4-krotnie nominowany w plebiscycie Telekamery „Teletygodnia”.

Od ponad dwóch dekad prowadzę spotkania i konferencje biznesowe, konferencje prasowe, gale, imprezy integracyjne, wyjazdy typu incentive, pikniki o charakterze sportowo-rozrywkowym, imprezy masowe (m.in. Superenduro GP, RedBull 111 Megawatt, Monster Jam, Teqball World Championships, European Games) i prezentacje w dowolnej konwencji.

Bazując na swoim doświadczeniu i umiejętnościach, prowadzę warsztaty skutecznej komunikacji, prezentacji i wystąpień publicznych oraz szkolenia medialne. Pomagam w tworzeniu własnego video marketingu w ramach strategii Personal Branding lub Employer Branding. In other words more than two decades of work in front of the camera and on stage, which are related yet different worlds. In TVN24, TVN, nSport, and Canal + I worked as a sports journalist and commentator, but while performing my emcee duties, the range of fascinating thematic fields has been much broader, people have been closer, and the direct contact with them more spontaneous. That has laid strong foundations for my work as a public speaking coach.

The pedagogical education and energy of an entertainer have always prompted me towards people. Since 2001 I have been hosting business meetings and conferences, press conferences, gala events, integration events, fashion shows and mass events (i.a. Superenduro GP, RedBull 111 Megawatt, Monster Jam, Teqball World Championships, European Games). Giving presentations and motivational speeches have been another part of my fascinating professional life, while presenting sports news bulletins, anchoring programs, and playing an expert role on TV were my everyday routine. The more interesting, creative and demanding the job, the greater my satisfaction and generated energy are. Four times have I been nominated for the best sports commentator of the year in “Telekamery” – Polish television awards.

Being an English philologist by education and relying on my knowledge and experience, I host effective communication, media training, and public speaking workshops. I also serve as an advisor and consultant within the realm of media cooperation and mechanisms of their functioning.

Committed, ambitious, passionate about photography, mountains and hitchhiking. She started her first steps in the industry by volunteering at Polish music festivals such as Pol’and’Rock and FEST Festival.

She started her academic journey with a degree in Events Management at the University of the West of Scotland. She is currently a final-year student at the Vistula University of Tourism and Hotel Management, majoring in business tourism.

She is involved in the life of the university, former President of the Student Council t 2023, and currently serves as President of the Students Scientific Club “2B”. She organises and runs student scientific conferences as well events dedicated to sustainability.

For the past two years, she has worked for Weco-Travel in the meetings and conferences department, planning and coordinating events and trips for corporate clients.

She is involved in the activities of the MPI Poland Chapter and SITE Poland, where she has been coordinating a group of young professionals – Young Leaders – for a year. Last year she was honoured by the MPI Foundation with the Larry Lee Student Scholarship.

She has managed the most demanding projects in Poland and abroad with great commitment She visited and completed projects in over 60 countries.

Beata implemented the first incentive programme with CSR elements in Turkey in 2006, and has been actively working for responsible tourism ever since, turning ideas into practice.

Since 2022 she is an active member of Site Poland.

For new 2 years term she is Vice President of the SITE Poland Association, involved in the Sustainability & CSR programme.
