Łukasz Kalinowski, traveling since his early years, has been associated with the MICE industry for 18 years. He has visited over 120 countries, including those not that obvious, like Afghanistan, Abkhazia or North Korea. He paved the way for Polish incentive trips to places such as Georgia, Uzbekistan or Spitsbergen. Before he took up travel professionally, he was radio journalist. He is working continuously with some corporate clients for 10 years. Winner of the MP Power Award and Golden Arrow for “Trip with Heart to Laos” for Hewlett-Packard. Married, happy father of three children.

Wysoko i Wyżej (High and Higher) is a boutique incentive house organizing incentive trips abroad and company meetings in Poland. It has existed since 2014 specializing in trips to Asia, Africa, the North and to unusual places and countries. For two years in a row the company has been nominated for the MP Power Award for incentive trip with CSR to Nepal (TU Compensa) and the expedition “Sri Lanka is a woman” (BGŻ BNP Paribas).
