Olga Krzemińska is the founder and President of the POWER Agency (also known as PowerSport and DMC Warsaw Poland), established in 1997. She is a founding member of the Event Industry Association (SBE), a long-time member of the SBE Management Board (2010-2018), former President of SOIT (2020-2024), a member of the Incentive Travel Organizers Association (SOT), the “Conferences and Congresses in Poland” Association (SKKP), and the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence. She has been an active member of the SAR-PSML Industry Dialogue expert team, participated in the work of the “Incentive” groups, initiated SBE’s inclusion in the “Good Tender” project, created the SBE Code of Good Practice, served on the SOIT Ethics Committee, served on the SBE Ethics Committee, and serves on the Event Biznes Conference Program Council. She has also been an active member of the Tugether Meetings and Events Industry Council. For her achievements, she was awarded the Medal of Merit for the Most Distinguished in Tourism. She is also a co-founder of the Elfy SBE charity campaign. For many years, she has helped create event catalogs and regularly writes for industry magazines such as OOH Event, MICE Poland, OOH Magazine, and Nowy Marketing. She has been a frequent speaker at business and industry conferences, including the European Congress of Entrepreneurship, Meetings Week Poland, Event Biznes, and Event-Mix.

Her work has received numerous awards, including Solidna Firma (Solid Company), Firma Roku (Company of the Year), Polish Product, Tygrysy Biznesu (Business Tigers), Cheetah Biznesu (Business Cheetah), Procon/Polzac Awards (awarded by Marketing Departments), and MP Power Awards in the Team-building category.

Olga combines the curiosity of a traveler with the courage, passion, and perseverance of an athlete, making her a perfect fit for one of the most stressful industries in the world.

She believes that hard work can move mountains. Despite the many hardships, sleepless nights, and demanding clients, she wouldn’t trade her job for any other.
Olga is passionate about travel and sports in all its forms – from skiing, snowboarding, biking, and kitesurfing to diving and squash (she was Poland’s runner-up in squash for three years, and with her team, she won silver at the European Team Championships in 2006, and in 2018, she placed third at the Polish Masters Championships).

Power Agency /later PowerSport/has particularly significant influence on the event and Incentive market as well as on the market connected with tours and workshops for individuals. Since 1997 we have been acquiring essential experience and know-how coordinating broadly defined sports and recreational undertakings. At university we organized group getaways and participated in the organization of all kinds of active integrations.
