Paweł Żytnowski graduated in 2009 with a degree in Geography from the University of Gdańsk. Since beginning of his studies, he has been actively involved in the travel industry, building his career as a tour leader, product manager, and Sales Director specializing in the cruise sector. Since 2014, he has been the owner of the travel agency Adventure & Cruises – Tanierejsowanie.pl.

He specializes in organizing cruise holidays worldwide, including group cruises with a Polish tour leader, tailor-made individual itineraries, and incentive travel programs, proudly representing 12 leading ocean cruise lines across the globe.

In 2024 and 2025, he was honored with top industry awards for outstanding sales performance and the promotion of cruising on the Polish market, including the “Over the TOP” awards from MSC Cruises and Costa Cruises, as well as the “Smiling Star 2025” award from AIDA Cruises for the best partner in non-German-speaking European markets.
