The owner of Flow Africa & Incentive Care since 2021, he has nearly 30 years of personal and professional involvement in East Africa. He has a special, long-standing relationship with Kenya—he has a family home there, which gives incentive programs in this region a uniquely authentic character and often takes the form of an invitation “to come home,” based on direct knowledge of the places, people, and local realities.

A PhD candidate at the Jagiellonian University, he actively conducts research in the field of social geography, with a particular emphasis on indigenous ethnic communities in the context of ongoing civilizational transformations. His research and teaching activities strengthen his analytical skills and deepen his cross-cultural understanding of destinations.

In his professional work, he specializes in creating incentive programs and individual travel experiences based on authenticity, his own and his team’s extensive experience, and a careful understanding of the client’s business goals. This approach allows him to prepare coherent, carefully planned, and conceptually valuable incentive projects, precisely tailored to the needs and expectations of participants.

In his private life, he is a blues musician, a graduate of the Krakow School of Jazz and Popular Music, where he majored in jazz guitar. He passionately pursues his artistic endeavors, performing with his band.

For nearly 20 years, Incentive Care has specialized in designing and implementing dedicated incentive travel programs for companies, consistently building its position in the Polish market and earning industry recognition. The quality of its projects and innovative approach to incentive travel have been repeatedly recognized in prestigious industry competitions.

The agency was a winner and finalist of the MP Power Awards in 2013 and 2014, receiving distinctions in categories including incentive agency, integrated incentive marketing campaigns, and CSR activities in the events industry. Furthermore, programs implemented by Incentive Care received Golden Arrow awards in 2013 and 2016 for the “HP GO! Namibia 4×4” and “Mission Kilimanjaro” projects, which provided participants with exceptional, engaging experiences and served as an example of effectively combining motivation with unique destinations.

Africa holds a special place in the company’s operations, being one of the key program areas.
