Initially, it was proposed to create committees: incentive agencies and IATA agents, incentive pilots and trip coordinators, foreign DMC representation offices and incentive organizers, local DMCs and hotels. SITE members spoke about the legitimacy of creating committees and expressed their interest in participating in their work. It is worth adding that the meeting of SITE Poland members was preceded by a working meeting of incentive pilots, in which twelve interested parties took part.
After the official part, the meeting participants could learn about the possibilities of the POLIN Museum as a space rented for commercial events. The SITE Poland meeting could have been courtesy of the Museum, which lent the association a hall. The evening ended with informal talks over snacks and drinks provided by Mazurkas Catering 360.
Apart from the Museum of the History of Polish Jews and Mazurkas Catering, the meeting partners were also the Warsaw Convention Bureau and the Warsaw Tourism Organization.
