SITE Poland as a content partner of Event Focus – free workshops on subjects in the event industry

We invite students from Krakow universities for a unique training on the organization of events and congresses. Great interest in previous editions of the event encouraged the organizers to prepare the next edition devoted mainly to the importance and role of facilities in the event industry.

It will be held on April 6, 2017 at the University of Economics in Krakow under the name “EventFocus” Student Training of the Event Industry. The event is organized by the Department of Tourism of the Cracow University of Economics and the Krakow Convention Bureau (KCB) of the Krakow City Hall.

The training aims to familiarize students of Krakow universities with the principles of the meetings industry, deepen their knowledge about the organization of large events and the functioning of facilities related to the events industry and incentive trips. All these business secrets will be told by leading practitioners of the Polish industry, with many years of experience and having many professional successes related to the meetings industry, among others:

Agnieszka Muszyńska, a graduate of the University of Physical Education in Warsaw, she also completed post-graduate studies at the University of Warsaw (Intercultural Relations) and the Warsaw School of Economics (Innovation Manager). Currently a PhD student at the Institute of Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. Scholarship holder of the Indonesian University of Malang. Member of the Board of Directors of the Site Poland Association and the Association for Tourism Research, Development and Promotion.

An academic lecturer since 2004. He treats this work as his professional passion. In addition to teaching, he conducts training in planning and career development in the meetings industry. Creator of the concept of incentive trips and coordinator of MICE projects. An active and enthusiastic person in undertaking new challenges, one hundred percent involved in all the tasks he performs.

The second part of the training will be conducted in the form of workshop work in groups, which will allow to empirically know your potential and test your capabilities.

We invite interested students from all Krakow universities – free admission. Registration required. The number of places is limited.
