I have been working in travel, incentive and hospitality industries since 1992. I hold senior S&M positions in the hotel (Hotel Bristol in Warsaw and Rocco Forte Astoria Hotel in St. Petersburg) and travel and incentive companies in Russia, Poland and Baltic States, being responsible for leisure & MICE segments development.

After gaining all that experience in 2010 I decided to open the DMC representation company in Poland, helping DMC’s to gain business from the Polish MICE and leisure markets and develop their market share here in Poland.
