Site Young Leaders Poland’s mission is to create a strong group of people who will become leaders not only within the SITE Poland branch, but also in the entire industry.
SITE Young Leaders Program participants will have the opportunity to:
- consciously shape your professional and personal development
- improve leadership competences with the support and guidance of mentors, leaders in the incentive travel industry
- Learn at the local and global level
- establish contacts and building relationships in the incentive travel industry with professionals around the world
- independently run projects related to expanding knowledge and practice in the area of incentives
- Participate in industry meetings and fam trips

SITE Poland Young Leaders Program 2026/2027
The SITE Poland Young Leaders Program is a 9-month development program aimed at young professionals in the MICE and incentive travel industry up to the age of 35.
At the heart of the program is individual 1:1 mentoring. Each Mentee will be matched with a Mentor selected according to their needs, experience, and development goals. The program includes 7–9 individual Mentor–Mentee meetings, conducted mainly online.
Mentoring is complemented by AMA Sessions, meetings with experts and industry leaders, knowledge exchange, and activities that bring the Young Leaders community together. Participants gain the opportunity to explore different business perspectives, consciously plan their own development, and build relationships within the SITE community – an international network of incentive travel professionals.

Who can participate in the program?
The program is open to students and young professionals under the age of 35 who are interested in developing their careers in the MICE industry (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
Is participation in the program free of charge?
Yes, participation in the program is completely free of charge.
When does the program take place, how long does it last, and how many meetings are included?
The program runs for 9 months, from October 2026 to June 2027. The 1:1 mentoring component includes 7–9 individual meetings with a Mentor, held online and in person.
What is the application deadline, and how can I apply?
Recruitment is currently open. We plan to accept applications at least until the end of October, with the possibility of extending the application period. The final application deadline and information about the next stages will be published on the SITE Poland website and the organization's LinkedIn profile.
How are participants selected?
The recruitment committee will review applications and prepare a shortlist of candidates, from which 15 participants will be selected. Applications will be assessed based on motivation, development needs, and readiness to participate actively. Applications are not processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and submitting an application does not guarantee admission.
How will applicants be informed if they are selected?
The organizers will contact selected applicants by email with information about the next steps and relevant dates. Updates on the subsequent stages will also be published on the SITE Poland website and the organization's LinkedIn profile.
How will mentoring pairs be matched?
Mentees will be matched with Mentors based on the candidates' development needs and the Mentors' experience and areas of expertise.
When will mentoring meetings begin?
The start date for mentoring meetings will be announced after recruitment, participant selection, and Mentor–Mentee matching have been completed.
