I started working in the industry in 2014 in the Hiltons hotel sales department, where I gained experience in working with a most demanding client and handling events from the MICE segment.

I have been associated with the Hard Rock Cafe brand since 2017. Initially, my tasks included coordinating sales and marketing in the Warsaw location. Currently, as a Senior Sales Manager, I am responsible for the sales strategy and implementation of pro-sales tools in all Polish restaurants of the Hard Rock Cafe.

Barista S.A. is one of the largest franchisees of the global Hard Rock International network and manage Hard Rock Cafe locations in Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk, Wroclaw, Budapest and Hamburg.

The first restaurant was established 12 years ago in Warsaw and was also the first outlet of the brand in Central Europe. Each of the venues is located in unique location and has unique decor, housing a restaurant, a hard rock shop and a rock music museum (hundreds of original souvenirs admired on the walls). The team consists full of passion and commitment professionals.
