“Student Event Day” is an initiative of students of the University of Physical Education in Warsaw, a project group in the field of Tourism and Recreation, specializing in Tourist Service, who, inspired by the topic of classes, decided to enable others to explore the art of event implementation.
The main assumption of the project is to provide participants with the basic knowledge necessary to organize the event. They will learn what is the key that opens the door to the implementation of a successful event that will attract crowds of participants and help achieve the intended success. Each participant will receive a certificate of participation in the event. The lectures will be conducted by specialists with many years of experience representing the Event Industry Association, SITE Poland (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence), the Event Industry Forum and Ptak Warsaw Expo.
The event takes place under the honorary patronage of JM Rector of the University of Physical Education in Warsaw dr hab. prof. AWF Andrzej Mastalerz and the patronage of the Event Industry Association, SITE Poland (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence), Forum Eventowej Evential Industry, Ptak Warsaw Expo. Media patrons were taken over by Konferencje.pl, MeetingPlanner.pl and Radio Kampus.
