This event is part of our project “Our impact on people society and the planet”, which we launched in 2018. We address it to members of the Site Poland association and to MICE Agencies, in particular Incentive Agencies from the Polish market, organising team-building trips, incentive trips, business meetings in Poland and around the world.

As organisers and suppliers of tourism-related services, we are leading businesses in this sector and making a profit. We are aware that tourism has a significant impact on the development of regions and cities, often even constituting the main source of income for the country and its inhabitants.

We are also aware that the tourism industry and tourists generate negative environmental impact, so we are opening an industry dialogue to define the main challenges we face in this area

The first edition of this event is dedicated to Agencies and suppliers and their role in creating a sustainable tourism product.

We have invited to the discussion representatives of Incentive Agencies, hotels, destinations, airlines and people who really care for sustainable tourism.

Our goal is to discuss how we can ensure how our business can make less negative impact on the environment and people. We aim to inspire, teach and motivate each other.

The Strategic Partner of the event is Hilton Worldwide, a global certified leader of the hospitality industry in the field of ESG, actively working to protect the environment, social responsibility and high management standards.

Join us in developing a responsible incentive travel market.
Every voice counts, every action, even the smallest step is important.

Our dialogue will be based on the principles set out in the UN Sustainable Development Goals, in particular, Goal no 17.

What are we planning at our event?/ What can you expect?

  • A lecture on the impact of tourism on the environment.
  • We will present the results of industry surveys:
    • 1. How are incentive agencies prepared to organise sustainable incentive travel?
    • 2. Do we behave responsibly when travelling ourselves?
  • We will discuss with service providers: hotels, airlines and destinations about joint efforts to create sustainable tourism experiences.
  • We will showcase the initiatives and achievements of sustainable destinations.
  • We will discuss good practices in promoting responsible behaviour among travellers.
  • We will encourage dialogue and share the experiences of participants.
