One of the subcommittees for the Qualification Framework in cooperation with the tourism coach Radosław Szafranowicz – Małozięcie and IBE (responsible for maintaining and developing the Integrated Qualifications Register, which is next to the Polish Qualifications Framework, a key element of the Integrated Qualifications System implemented in Poland under the Act of 22 December 2015 ) will prepare a description of the qualifications of the “incentive pilot”, which, confirmed by a certificate honored throughout the European Union, will harmonize the requirements for pilots and raise the prestige of this profession, while contributing to the improvement of the standard of services of incentive travel organizers. CEO of SITE Poland Cezary Wilemajtys emphasizes: “A good pilot incentive travel is able to save even a weak program, a poor pilot is able to put the best prepared event. This maxim, which is known to every organizer, proves the great role of the pilot’s work. We want to guarantee the Polish incentive travel industry the development of the quality of work of people piloting our events. “
Other subcommittees will deal with education issues, work on the amendment of the Act on tourist events, solving industry problems, cooperation of pilots with organizers and coordinators of incentive travel.
