SITE Poland Chapter as part of the project “Our impact on people society and the planet” together with Accor Hotels Polska organized on 23.10.2019 a business breakfast for members of the association. W=The main topic was responsible food management in organizing meetings and serving groups.
Accor Hotels representatives:
Alicja Panasiuk – Director of Key Account Management Poland & Baltic States and
Magdalena Mucharska – Key Account Manager MICE Poland & Baltic States,
presented a rich Accor hotel chain focusing on the innovations they are currently introducing.
Executive Chef of the Novotel Warszawa Centrum hotel – Jakub Emanuel Malec, presented the hotel policy in the area of food purchase management and waste management at the hotel. Thanks to his determination, the hotel managed to reduce the amount of catering waste by up to 50%.
We would like to thank the representatives of Accor Hotels for jointly undertaking this important topic for the MICE industry, for perfect preparation of the substantive presentation. We have left the Novotel Warszawa Centrum hotel richer with new knowledge, more aware and inspired to take further action!
